The agritourism “I Puntoni” has 24 rooms with fridge, bathroom, air conditioning and private entrance. There is also a common living room where you can enjoy your breakfast (included in the Bed&Breakfast package). Our farm is a place where the peace of the farming world together with the friendliness of the people living in the Maremma region will ensure you an unforgettable stay. The rooms are located on two floors.

On the ground floor, there are rooms with access on the wide garden and rooms on the courtyard side. If you choose the first type of rooms, you will enjoy fresh air and, especially in summer, the view of the grass watered every night that represents one of the few green spot that breaks the yellow and brown landscape of the Maremma. On the other hand, if you choose the rooms on the ancient farmyard, you will find tables, benches and chairs under the archway where you can have a chat sheltered from the warm sun.

The rooms on the first floor offer a better view extending to Monte Argentario and, when the sky is clear, up to the Giglio Island. From your room you can appreciate the view of the artificial lake surrounded by trees and glimpses of Magliano lying within its walls. Your eyes might walk over the sweet hills’ slopes in the low Maremma or just stop at our nice and quiet garden view. Just choose what kind of view you prefer most.
