The guestrooms of I Puntoni are located on two levels.
The ground floor rooms have entrances leading either right onto the front lawn or onto the front courtyard. The green lawn provides a welcome contrast against the yellow and gold Maremma fields in the heat of the summer should you wish to lie out in the sun, whilst the front courtyard offers a welcome shade under the loggia where you can sit and chat away from the heat of the day.
The rooms on the first floor offers a view of the Maremma landscape surrounding the ancient walled town of Magliano. On clear days one can see as far as the Argentario coast and the Giglio island in the distance.
Every one of the twenty four rooms is equipped with a refrigerator and
television and all but four have private bathrooms and
individual entrances. The four rooms have adjoining bathrooms and communicating entrances which are particularly suitable for the disabled or families with young children. These rooms are situated on the ground floor;
19 airconditioned rooms and the remaining 5 are with ceiling
fans. |
